is there any example available for using gathering data from McASP with a EDMA ping pong buffer?

The AM572x Stereo loopback example and K2G Stereo loopback MCASP examples in Processor SDK RTOS are using EDMA ping pong mechanism.

for No OS(Starterware) example using MCASP on C6748 :

This is not on the platform that you are using but that is the closest examples that I am aware of that use EDMA ping pong implementation.
