We are developing custom board with TCI6630K2L SoC and found some discrepancies in datasheet (www.ti.com/.../tci6630k2l.pdf) and other docs:
1. VDDCMON in Table 6-3 is connected to CVDDS (0.98V) and in http://www.ti.com/lit/pdf/sprac02 it is connected to CVDD (1V). Which one is right?
2. In Table 11-1 and Table 6-3 CVDD1 is 0.95V. In Table 10.2 CVDD1 is between 0.952V and 1.047V. Which one is right?
3. In Figures 6-3, 6-4, 6-5 and 6-6:
- pin K8 - AVDDA1
- pin J21 - AVDDA5
- pin J17 - AVDDA4
- pin J11 - AVDDA2
- pin J14 - AVDDA3
But in Tables 6-3 and 6-5:
- pin K8 - AVDDA6
- pin J21 - AVDDA10
- pin J17 - AVDDA9
- pin J11 - AVDDA8
- pin J14 - AVDDA7
Which one is right?
4. In Figure 6-6 VPH (3.3V) is at pin V8. In Tables 6-3, 6-4 and 6-5 pin V8 is at VP (0.85V). Which one is right?
5. Pins R13, R15, R17, R19 and R21 are not listed in Tables 6-3 and 6-4. Can we trust other tables regarding these pins?
