AM3359: ICEv2 EtherCAT error in run mode

Hi,

i have a problem to use IceV2 in "Run Mode".

The state always remains on PREOP and when I start the mode in Run Mode everything will crash and nothing will work anymore.

I also unchecked the "Stay at PRE-OP until sync task started" option but the status in this case stays fixed on SAFEOP and swimming will not work.

Does anyone know what the problem might be?

Hi,
i use Twincat. The software on ICEv2 is Ethercat Full Stack.

A couple of quick questions to help identify how best to answer your issue.

What version of PRU-ICSS EtherCAT are you using? - For example PRU-ICSS EtherCAT Slave 01.00.03.01

Have you tried the building and running the example EtherCAT application? Did it work as expected?

If not could you try the prebuild binary? Did it work as expected?

If the example EtherCAT application worked as expected, when building the full example what version of the stack library was used? - For example SSC5.11.

Did you have any questions or difficulties with the steps in http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/PRU_ICSS_EtherCAT#Building_full_feature_EtherCAT_Slave_Application

Are you using the ESI xml file given in esi folder?
