Hello,

Is it possible to write multiple times into oob (out-of-band) area in nand, without a need to erase block ?

You can't modify the same bit twice. However, if you want to have "Custom" software, you can buffer the data and keep certain bits 1 & make it zero at the later point of time based on your requirement. This is anyway not recommended because data "Integrity" can't be ensured !

Hello Ravikiran ,

If I understand correctly, it means that if we use oob for ecc for example, we probably need to write in complete pages (not only part of page), because if ecc is in the same word in oob, we can't write that word twice, Right ?
