Dear all,
I boot my board by Nand flash. It works fine when the DDR2 freq is 162MHz.
I changed the PLL setting of DDR2 in the ubl to the below:
PLL Multiplier -- 20
PLL Frequency (MHZ) -- 540
Divider Ratio -- 1
PLL2_SYSCLK2 Frequency (MHZ) -- 540
DDR2 Clock -- 270
Some boards can work and the others can't. Does anybody know the reason? Maybe I need to change the DDR2 setting at the same time? If so, what DDR2 regs value should be setted?
