Hi Sir

we would like to do SGMII layout design and refer to below document

KeyStone II Architecture Serializer/Deserializer (SerDes) User's Guide : http://www.ti.com/lit/ug/spruho3a/spruho3a.pdf

But we cannot find the max. layout trace length of SGMII.

Do you have any suggestion and thanks for help.

Hi Yimin,

For hardware design you should use:
1. 66AK2E05 Datasheet (www.ti.com/.../66ak2e05.pdf)
2. Hardware Design Guide for Keystone II Devices (www.ti.com/.../sprabv0.pdf)
3. The routing guidelines are in SerDes Implementation Guidelines for KeyStone Devices (www.ti.com/.../sprabc1.pdf)
4. You can also refer to the existing 66AK2E05 EVMs:
