    This is a bit of atypical solution question on a pretty old device. I am going to see if someone from packaging or MAKE team has any inputs on this. I think this question got routed to quality team separately too.
    Will see if we have any guidance on this.
    Is the information requested similar to what is covered in the Mechanical Compression section 9.5 in the Keystone II hardware design guide?

    Yes.

    I think it is more related to package other than device itself.

    Yes, I had asked this question from CQE, as I helped another customer get it from CQE team many years ago.
