I have checked old post.

Sorry for my lack of reading documentations.

As refer the datasheet, enob of am335x is 11.1bits

with this tool.

Dear Sitara support team,

Regarding ADC precision, INL and DNL are stated on the datasheet as follows.

My customer is requesting the measured data of INL and DNL
because he thinks that the value on the datasheet must be guaranteed.

Could you please provide the measured data of INL and DNL of AM335x' s ADC?

My customer is also requesiting the way to measure the INL and DNL and
the measurement environment including the requirements of hardware and software.
