Looking at the information on the ARM 3715-800 I see two temperature ranges: -40 to 105 and 0 to 90. The -1000 has a range of 0 to 90 only. Can anyone tell me the exact temperature range for operating the 3715-800 and the -1000? Thanks.
Paul

Paul,
AM3715A is extended temp range device (-40 to 105 for up to 600MHz and -40 to 90 for 800MHz). AM3715 is commercial temp range device (0 to 90). AM37x Data Manual currently reflects that OPP130 (800MHz) and OPP1G (1GHz) are not available above Tj of 90C as reflected below.
AM3715 – Up to 800MHz @ 0-90C
AM3715A – Up to 800MHz @ -40-90C, Up to 600MHz @ -40-105C
AM3715-100 – Up to 1GHz @ 0-90C
Paul,
You can program DPLL1 to support a different ARM clock frequency. There is a detail description of this procedure in Figure 3-94. Processor Clock Basic Programming Model of technical reference manual (SPRUGN4B May 2010–Revised August 2010).
