We have a custom board based on am3352 with Micrel KSZ9031 Gigabit PHY.
Single PHY on EMAC1, phy_id=3.
Linux configuration and device-tree is derived from TI am3355x-evm.
The Linux build is using ti-processor-sdk-linux-am335x-evm-04.00.00.04.
This is about the 13-th SDK version we use and so far the Ethernet has
always worked fine at 100/1000 Mbit.
Now the kernel seems not to recognize Micrel PHY.

The phenomenom is similar to what is reported on the forum
Have not checked the Ethernet behavior from u-boot, because for us this
is not important.
