Part Number: AM4376
I'm working with a customer who is interested in understanding how we might improve our POH rating by running the device at a lower temperature and operating frequency than specified in the datasheet. We know that a decrease in operating frequency and/or junction temperature typically corresponds with an increase in POH.
The specific use case is continuous operation at 70C and 1 GHz (Nitro) or 70C and 800 MHz (Turbo).
Is there any effect that running at a different core voltage (higher or lower) would have on improving POH?
Thanks,
Stuart
