AM4379: Custom board bring-up issue

Part Number: AM4379
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TPS65218,

Hi!

I try to bring up a custom board based on AM4379 processor with PMIC tps65218 and DDR3 15bit wide. Apparantly my board has empty EEPROM and any of expected board id's can't be read from it. First I try to boot u-boot and changed two memory registers to enable NARROW_ONLY mode for 16-bit memory. Next I made some modifications to u-boot to omit the EEPROM reading and changed expected values to pretend it is AM43__SK because I used that board as a reference for schematic. Software package being used is PROCESSOR-SDK-LINUX-AM437X  04_00_00_04. Boot pins are 0100000001000000b (00000b - NAND- USB_MS(USB1)- MMC0- USB_CL(USB0)) to boot from a SD card. When I try to boot from a card nothing happens on a console and I that the processor does not boot at all. Probably something is wrong with DDR3 or power, I don't know. I have experience in bringing up IMX6 boards and there I used DDR3 calibration tool booted by USB. Does TI have anything similar? I can't find any DDR3 calibration utility or USB tool to boot a processor. Please help me to bring up my board
