My customer recently brought to my attention some issues with the Linux installer for Uniflash. Can you help confirm and resolve the below issue?

Apparently the installer seems to be looking for a specific version of libudev. The customer resolved the issue by creating a symlink from libudev.so.1 to libudev.so.0 to get the installer to run.

Lina,

The missing libudev.so.1 is a known issue with Ubuntu 16.x releases. The method of creating the symlink to it is a good workaround that does not seem to present any side effects.

This is documented in the Uniflash page, but for some reason the wiki server is offline for me.
