Yes, J6entry does support BT656 capture using VIP.
This is validated with TVP5158 4channel multiplexer on JAMR board

Thanks for your input.

I checked TVP5158 datasheet that sync word should follow below format.

8-bit BUS: 0xFF 0x00 0x00 0xXY

So, we could confirm that SDR mode did not support by J6Entry VIP, right?

Hi OC,

VIP does support multiplexed input mode, but in this mode, the sync word is replicated as explained in the section 9.4.5.8 of the TRM. So in order to capture this stream, you should also have multiplxed sync word.
