We would like to port RT Linux (kernel-3.2) on AM335x.

1.What could be the time constraints and jitters of running an application on RT Linux compare to Linux ?
2.Does Linux applications (build from eclipse) can run on RT Linux ?

Ti provides RT kernels. I'd advise using the latest TISDK:
software-dl.ti.com/.../index_FDS.html

1. I suggest you a presentation titled Real Time Linux Scheduling Comparison as response of the first question:

2. Yes, if you are using correct toolchain the Linux applications built on eclipse can run under RT Linux.
