Dear Experts,

The function EMAC_cpswUnInitRxChannel() in pdk_dra7xx_1_0_5 for emac v4 (DRA75x) is calling "EMAC_LOCAL_DEVICE->Config.pfcbFreePacket". Isn't this function intended for freeing TX descriptors only?

pfcbFreePacket() and packet_free_cb()/EMAC_FREE_PKT() are not meant to be only for TX. They are used for both directions. There is an issue in the current implementation of pfcbFreePacket() where freed packets are queue only to the TX queue. The direction of the packet has to be found in order to determine which queue the free packet desc must be enqueued. This issue has been logged internally.
