TMDSSK3358: VBUS error with USB 4G-LTE module

Hi experts ,first sorry for my English I'm not native.

I use starer kit (TMDSSK3358) and have problem with USB.I saw some post about VBUS_ERROR like this one :

but I can't find proper answer about this problem. I use USB 4G-LTE module and I want connect it to my board.It use " cdc_ether " kernel driver module and recompile it and check all dependency(I used official sitara SDK). but after connect LTE module I saw this message kernel errors :

This module work on another PC and boards like GATEWORKS proper and with out problem . I sure circuit is OK . Please give me exact solution. if I use USB hub with external +5V power supply maybe solve problem or not ?

I used "ti-processor-sdk-linux-am335x-evm-04.00.00.04-Linux-x86-Install.bin" and Install on Ubuntu16.04.I check all of file in SDK/board-support/linux-4.9.28+gitAUTOINC+eed43d1050-geed43d1050/drivers and dependency about this module . I think it's hardware problem and board can't supply LTE module proper.

This is possible, if the module draws a large surge current at startup. USB1 on the Starter Kit provides VBUS from an on-board TPS63010 boost regulator and does not have the standard 120uF capacitor on VBUS.

I believe this to be a bug in the SK. USB1 implements a Type-A connector which can only support Host operation. As such the port should provide >=120uF of capacitance on VBUS. My recommendation is to replace the 4.7uF cap on C193 with 120uF and retest.

I'll file a bug against the 3358SK for this issue.
