Compiler: how to use tvp7002_ext_clk in ADC samples

 Hi Ti engineer,   

      I want to use external 27 MHZ clock for ADC sampling clock, so I set 0 x1a = 0xc8, but no image output, then set 0x0f = 0x8e, also have no image output, measured the DATACLK pin is 27 MHZ;
Change back to 0x1a = 0xca have image output, measured the DATACLK pin is 148.5 Mhz;
 
1, whether need external input clamp signal?
2, what is this clamp signal input signal?
