AM572X: USB boot issue

Hi,

We are designing a custom board running an AM572x  processor and are intending to boot  from USB disk . Our USB port is USB 3.0.We can make sure there is no problem on the hardware of USB3.0.Our board can  start from sd card but can not start from USB disk.We can not even start u-boot.
