Hi,

I want to know the package height of 66AK2H06.
The maximum value of the height is stated in the following Datasheet, do you have minimum value?
I am concerned that the chip can not touch the heat sink, if the minimum value of the package height is extremely low.

Where did you get the drawing that you are displaying in this E2E? The proper mechanical drawing for this product is at the end of the Data Manual: http://www.ti.com/lit/gpn/66ak2h06

The drawing clearly shows the min and max thicknesses.

It seems that the minimum value is not listed for "AAW1517B" package.

I don't think so, "AAW (S-PBGA-N1517)" and "AAW1517B" should be in different packages.
New packages(AAW1517B) of TCI6638K2K is discussed in the following threads. I think that it is the issue also applicable to K2H.

There is only one package for the 66AK2Hxx devices. I will check with the packaging team why there are 2 drawings listed.

I want to know the minimum height of the AAW1517B package.
I think that the minimum height is not stated in the file you attached.
It is important for me how much the height of the package is different. So, please tell me the minimum package height.

The fabrication drawing shows that the package is 3.48 +/-0.14mm. This results in a maximum thickness of 3.62mm as shown in the DM and a minimum thickness of 3.34mm.
