AM4379: NEON and VFPv3-D16 implementation

I think It should not be vfpv3-d16 with neon, but vfpv3-d32 with neon. That is, I think there's an error on AM437x Technical Reference Manual.

According to AM437x Technical Reference Manual, AM437x impletents NEON Processing Engine (NPE) and VFPv3-D16 simutanously,

which is not allowed according to Cotex-A9 Technical Reference Manual.

So, am I right? THX all
