Hi,

I'm trying to devide vga inputs into 4 parts and send them to 4 monitors each showing a specific part.

I need to know that is there any dsp processor available to do this? or any circuit?

My recommendation is the AM5728. There is a good EVM available for it.

The AM5728 has a total of 4 display outputs, but they are not identical. You may have some work to do and some tradeoffs to make. I do not guarantee it will work with those display outputs, but you can study the User Guides to decide if you can make it work.

And there are plenty of other output peripherals on the the AM5728 that can be used to send the data to converters.

Sorry I overlooked the fact that you're looking for recommendation.
Yes, what Randy suggested is correct. AM572x devices are very suitable for your use case.
