Hi,

Is u-boot setting the following registers?

Table 18-1131. CTRL_CORE_CONTROL_DDRCACH1_0
Table 18-1133. CTRL_CORE_CONTROL_DDRCACH2_0
Table 18-1135. CTRL_CORE_CONTROL_DDRCH1_0
Table 18-1137. CTRL_CORE_CONTROL_DDRCH1_1
Table 18-1139. CTRL_CORE_CONTROL_DDRCH2_0
Table 18-1141. CTRL_CORE_CONTROL_DDRCH2_1
Table 18-1143. CTRL_CORE_CONTROL_DDRCH1_2
Table 18-1145. CTRL_CORE_CONTROL_DDRIO_0
Table 18-1147. CTRL_CORE_CONTROL_DDRIO_1

If they are set, please tell me which source they are configured.
Should these registers change from their default values?

Best Regards,
