We have comprehensive matrix and vector library supported only on AM57xx and K2H device :
www.ti.com/.../linear-algebra.html

For C6748, some limited matrix ans vector operations are available in DSPLIB and MATHLIB, which you can download as part of Processor SDK RTOS or from ti.com
