AM5728: Pinout file

Hello, I'm looking to create a schematic symbol for the AM5728 processor. Does anyone know where I might find an spreadsheet listing all the pins? I can easily import this file in my schematic capture program to generate a schematic symbol.

Hi,

There is no such file available. You can either pull the schematic symbol from the reference designs (www.ti.com/.../tmdsevm572x or www.ti.com/.../TMDXIDK5728, OrCAD format), or use the CAD symbol available here: www.ti.com/.../pinout-quality

Hello, my schematic capture tool is Mentor Graphics DxDesigner EE7.9.5 and the Ultra Librarian CAD tool does generate an output file for DxDesigner but I'm having trouble importing the generated symbol. Is there any other way one could generate a comma separated file that listed all the pins? If so then Dx has a great feature to generate a symbol from a comma separated file.

Just letting everyone know, that I'm only needing to make the schematic symbol not any cell or footprint information.

If your tool can import OrCAD schematics you could use the EVM schematics: www.ti.com/.../tmdsevm572x I'm sorry, but I have no other suggestions to help you.

Hello, just wanted to send a quick email saying that the Ultra Librarian tool does create the symbol files that you can copy into your Central Libs sym directory. I was able to see the device symbols.

It really does work!
