RTOS/TMS320C6748: Does UPP driver support SYS/BIOS?

I am now working on upp interface with FPGA, but I found UPP driver only avaliable in PSP v1.x which support DSP/BIOS v5. How can I work around it? plz help me

There is no current plan to support UPP driver in TI RTOS for these devices. We recommend that you contact third parties like Critical Link who provide a FPGA + OMAPL138/C6748 platform to see if they have uPP driver supported in TI RTOS.
