Hi Madhu,

Keystone II devices have two on die sensors tm0 and tm1 that can be configured in order to be used by SRSS in the class 0 TC mode to sense temperature. You can find more details about how to configure them in the Power management of KeyStone II devices section 1.3.1 Steps to Enable SRSS Class0 Temperature Compensation Mode at:

Madhu,

There is no OS dependency as reading the temperature is simply a SOC register read which can be done any any kind of software. Please refer to the GEL attached to look at reading and interpreting the register reads:
