Linux: arm_v5t_le-gcc crosscompiler update

I am using arm_v5t_le-gcc to compile a program, the version of arm_v5t_le-gcc is 4.2.0, and it seems that the version is too low, is there an updated crosscompile toolchain including arm_v5t_le-gcc? and where can I get it? Thank you

The hardware platform I am using is DM368, and the software release I use is dvsdk4.0, the compile toolchain is arm_v5t_le-gcc ( version 4.2.0). I need upgrade the arm_v5t_le- crosscompile toolchain, otherwise an updated software packet can not be build sucessfully.
