Hi,
The link https://www.ti.com/processors/dsp/libraries/am57x-video-codecs.html tells that H.265 codec binary on ARM for AM57xx can be downloaded along with Processor SDK, but i am not able to find it in the downloaded SDK. Can you please point me to the codec binary and associated documentation path in the Processor SDK? Any help regarding this is appreciated.

There are gstreamer example pipeline for h265 decoding.
You could search in this guide for ARM H265 (HEVC) decoding pipeline.
If you are searching for the h265 user guide it could be find in /tisdk/build/arago-tmp-external-linaro-toolchain/work/armv7ahf-neon-linux-gnueabi/hevc-arm-decoder/01.00.00.01-r3/HEVC.D.ARM.01.00.00.01/ARM_001/Docs
You could search in the installed PSDK for h265 also.
