1) What is the error you are getting for 1080p capture? Can you please get more logs and share it?
2) Are you aware that GLSDK has now been moved as Processor-SDK starting from kernel 4.4

I can see the pipeline configuration being done and also Video interrupt getting generated. that means your camera driver and video drivers are in sync.

But,
1) Can you please check where you are getting these messages in the code base?

2) I can also see dropping frame logs. I guess there is mismatch in the pipeline configuration where in you are trying to fetch @1080p but the pipeline is getting 720p may be.

i attech the driver and running log. 

(1) error.  it's becouse of debug msg. maybe the pipeline is not 1080P,  and make too much interrupt.  so make dma timeout.

I see that the capture seems to be working fine.
You are getting interrupts from the driver but there seems to be some kind of failure in the display.
Run your application prefixed with strace -f to find out failed ioctls.

Interrupt frequency depends only on the FPS, its not related to resolution.
switching from 720p to 1080p would mean the pclk should be cloked higher.
Ideally, IRQs should occur every 33ms (30 frames per second)

First, check if the subdevice is configured corerctly or not.
Read the parser size register (e.g. 0x48975530 - VN1A detected port size)
This size should match with the 1920x1080 or maybe some padding added to it
