after checking below thread , we found TI keystone2 can support Micron MT18KSF1G72HZ-1G6E2ZF.

And we would like to use MT18KSF2G72HZ – 16GB for 66AK2E05 platform.

Does it workable or there is any limitation/risk ?

Yimin,

The DDR3 PHY and Controller implemented in the 66AK2Exx devices can only address a maximum of 8GB.
