Hi,

I am using DDR3-1333 to interface with this DSP. I need input timing parameters spec for DDR3 Timing analysis. Please provide the specs and do the needful.

Hi Shashanck,
The C6678 meets all the timing provided in the Jedec specification for DDR3. You can pull that specification from the Jedec website.

Hi,

As I said, we don't provide timing information for the DDR interface beyond what can be found in the Jedec DDR3 specification. Routing requirements for the interface are provided and have been used successfully by many customers to generate a robust DDR3 interface.

Hello,

In JEDEC document, Timing parameters will be provided for Memory input cycle for ADDR/CMD/CTRL, Data, ask and Strobe not for Memory Controller input.

We need parameters when TMS320C6678 is in receiving end (Read cycle - Data and Strobe)

Please help me in resolving this ISSUE.

Hi,
The JEDEC spec provide the parameters for the memory input cycles and also the timing for data output and strobe requirements for the memory devices during a read cycle. If the routing requirements are followed, the C6678 will operate with a memory device meeting those requirements. We don't provide the timing data required at the pins of the SoC.
