The turning on of U18 in the Reference Design (pg27) attached does not look like it would work as I would expect(appears to always be on, then momentary shut off with push button?.... And stays off with jumper j3 installed?
one more question:
the Power supplies and SOC turn on once 12V is supplied and the push button turns it off not on.
