AM3358: not booting from network

We are trying to boot using EMAC1 without success.

- PHY is SMSC LAN8710A using MII

- PHY indicates on link

- No BOOTP packets on the wire. Ethernet is connected to PC via switch, PC is running wireshark.

- Network works otherwise fine from u-boot, if booting via SD or eMMC.

What are we missing? attached see how we are connected.
