Hi,

Could you let me know whether the K4X1G163PC-FGC (64M*16) mDDR can be used with DM355 and been working fine with DM355 as well ?

    Sudarshan, TI does not validate particular mDDR/DDR parts, in general. If the specifications for the part you mention comply with the JEDEC spec and timing and other cache latency requirements of the DM355, then it should work. Please check the mDDR data sheet against the DM355 data sheet to determine compliance.
