Linux/AM4378: Why does not the AM4378 maintain RTC (time)?

Part Number: AM4378

Tool/software: Linux

Hi all.

I built boards based on the AM4378 EVM board.
And I got into some problems.

First, the power supply of 1.8V is continuously maintained through the PMIC in the VDDS_RTC of the AM4378.

On Linux, we stored the time information in the RTC using the date and hwclock -w commands.

However, the RTC is not retained after the main power of the AM4378 is turned off.
(1.8V is maintained in VDDS_RTC.)

For what?

Below is a circuit diagram of the crystal part.
It is oscillating even when main power is off.

Please Help me..
