SPRABA2 Pin Setup Utility doesn't save header file

I downloaded and ran the "Pin Setup Utility" version 1.0.803.2 from http://www-s.ti.com/sc/techlit/spraba2.zip.  I can save the pin selections using "File -> Save -> Pin Selections", but when I try to save the corresponding header file using "File -> Save ->Header File", no file is created.  The "readme.txt" file says to let you know if I find problems, but doesn't say where, so I have chosen here.  I surely can't be the first person to notice this, so is there a bug-fixed version of this utility?
