AM5728: USB Booting Requirements

Hi ,

We are designing a custom board using AM5728

We wanted to go with USB Booting option but i have few queries on that

1) Whether the USB1 2.0 bus should be configured as a Device or as a Host ?

2)Any additional circuitry required to support booting option ?

Hi ,

Thanks for the reply

There are few following queries from my side , request you to please address them

1) In device mode can USB1 Port be used as a SSH Port to get command prompt access ?

2) If i configure the USB1 Port to support the Boot option , once the system is booted completely is it possible to use the same USB port for SSH to get command prompt access?
