AM5708: PCIe synchronous clock sharing

Team, for the AM570x 2x PCIe interface: can each peripheral be clocked directly from an external clock source bypassing the internal PLL? If a 100MHz digital square wave is supplied to a clock input pin of the device from an external host processor, could each peripheral be clocked in a way synchronous to the host supplying this clock?
