Other Parts Discussed in Thread: DM385
I was referring to the DM388 base board PDF. The DM385 reference schematic is present in it.
In the DDR3 design section, I noticed the address lines/CKE/CAS are terminated to VREFT VTT with 51 ohms and VREF VTT is bypassed/decoupled with 0.1uF capacitors to VDDQ_1V5.
My question what is the purpose to bypass to VDDQ_1V5, usually it will be bypassed ground?
Can I refer the DM385 reference schematic for DM388 design? or do we have DM388 reference schematic? if so please provide me a copy
