AM3357: ADC spec measurement data

  • Dear Sitara support team,

    Regarding ADC precision,  INL and DNL are stated on the datasheet as follows.


    My customer is requesting the measured data of INL and DNL
     because he thinks that the value on the datasheet must be guaranteed.

    Could you please provide the measured data of INL and DNL of AM335x' s ADC?

    And also, my customer is requesting the way to measure the INL and DNL and 
     the measurement environment including the requirements of hardware and software.

    The values in datasheet are validated. We cannot provide measurement data or test setup on a public forum. Contact your local FAE for further information.
