Is there a fixed point dsplib for the c6713 architecture. The 6748 has since it is compatible with the c6416 family. What about the C6713?

Check DSPLIB product folder on ti.com : http://www.ti.com/tool/sprc265

C6713 is not compatible with C64x+ family of devices so you can look at the C67x DSPLIB. this is fairly old so if this is new development, we recommend you update to C674x+ or C66x DSP device.
