AM4376: industrial communication stack licensing question

Part Number: AM4376
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: PROFIBUS

Do you know how the industrial communication stack licensing works for the protocols listed below?  If we wish to get our device marked or certified for these protocols, is that something that is available because we are using TI's RTOS?  Or do we need to get these additional approvals ourselves?

Protocols we are interested in:
EtherCAT
EtherNet/IP
Ethernet POWERLINK
PROFIBUS
PROFINET RT/IRT
SERCOS III

TI takes the PRU-ICSS Industrial examples through certification to ensure that they a good baseline for our customers to build upon.  However customers will take their products through product certification. Although supported on Sitara processors - Powerlink and Sercos III are only available from PORT and Cannon-Automata respectively.
