TMS320C6678: Is that possible to run 1.4GHz device speed grade at 1 GHz?

Hello,

We would like to secure TMS320C6678ACYP4 1.4 GHz  / TMS320C6678ACYP25 1.25GHz speed grade device for our product line.  It would be useful to know if there is a possibility  to run the device at reduced speed grade say 1 GHz in order to meet the power budget if required?
