Linux/AM5708: beacon loss after sometime when it is idle

Hello all,

We have custom board based on am5708 processor interfaced with wl1837mod using mmc3 interface. we are able to successfully connect with router but we are facing beacon loss issue after idle time.

we are getting two different behaviors as below,

1) connected with router using scripts available in /usr/share/wl18xx dir and then if we start pinging on wlan0 then we are not getting beacon loss.

2) connected with router using scripts available in /usr/share/wl18xx dir and if we don't do any activity like ping above and put it in idle state(i.e., no ping or no activity on console) then after sometime we got beacon loss. 

we have also observed activity on clock provided to wl1837mod and found that no activity going on after sometime when we put it in idle state(i.e., no ping or no activity on console). so it is looks like issue with sleep or suspend mode on am5708. 

Can someone confirm this behavior and let us know why it is getting disconnected when wlan0 is still connected with router.
