I followed all the steps that given in the user manual, but iam not getting any uboot message after powering the board, terminal displays nothing, Can anyone help to resolve this issue.. please...

Have you indicated the correct part number and software components in the post? C6748 is a DSP only part and doesn`t run uboot software.
Uboot is secondary bootloader used by ARM Linux boot environment.

Please take some time in describing which user guide, hardware and your setup so that we can provide appropriate guidance.

Part number I have mentioned is the correct one, C6748 (LCDK development kit) and I have fallowed the quick user guide given along with the kit. I have fallowed each and every step correctly, after setting the baud rate and giving power to the kit, there is no message displaying on the monitor.can you please resolve this problem.
