I run UART_BasicExample_evmAM335x_armTestProject project UART_open success, but UAET_write will block what will be the reason？

The Uart_open parameter is：UART_open（0，uartParams）;

Are you trying this on your custom board or on TI evaluation platform ? If you are trying to do this on the TI evaluation platform, then please run the TI provided UART Example and then try this from your application.

IF this is a custom platform then, please modify the board library to use the correct UART instance, update the pinmux and ensure the UART module clock is enabled. Then rebuild the application with the updated board library so that the Board_Init can setup the SOC UART instance.

I call Uart_write, print the first string can be displayed on the serial port, but found in the Uart_write function did not return, breakpoint did not come out. What can cause this situation?

Since the driver is in blocking mode, it could mean that the write complete interrupt didn`t occur or FIFO empty interrupt didn`t occur so the driver is still pending on the semaphore to be released from the HWI.
