Hello,
I use am33xx custom board. I configure the ddr3 timings using the ddr3 tool. Can anyone point me to test utilities to confirm if memory timings is proper. Either in CCS or in u-boot.
I am looking for some comprehensive test utilites to confirm the timing values are proper. Simple read and write is working fine. However, I want to check for complete testing which
will confirm if the timing values are proper. I can see some simple ddr3 tests. but looking for something which completely tests ddr3
We have 2 ddr3 chips of 512MB each connected. How can i know the base address of each of the ddr3. I know the base address of the first ddr3 is 0x80000000. How can i find out
where ddr3 chips is sitting. (0xA0000000 or 0xC0000000) where is this information stored. i gone through datasheet but i cannot find where this information is stored.
