Linux/AM3358: U-Boot Environment

Tool/software: Linux

I tty to follow the instruction as Linux Core U-Boot User's Guide;

but i have the trouble to exetute the restore the default

  i don't know where i can input the" U-Boot # env default -f -a"and
"U-Boot # saveenv"  command.    

in which directory or path ,    maybe need open a file to modify it . i have no idear, any one who can give me some help

    You don't need to modify any file.
    When you boot your board, you need to interrupt the process at u-boot stage (press any button, when you see the "Hit any key" countdown). This way you will enter u-boot console, where you can type these commands.

    My board is BBB, there are three buttons, I press the boot-KEY all the time after Power off , it will enter the start interface without prompt the "Hit any key", is there any step i make mistake? i didn't insert the SD card ,I use the defaut image
