Hi Garrett,

I have seen those and worked with them. What I was wondering,

Is it possible to use JTAG to debug IPU in CCS when loaded using Linux? I need it to debug the IPC interface between Linux on A15 and TI-RTOS on M4 (IPU1).

Can I boot Linux with my .xem4 file automatically loaded by remoteproc and then connect the JTAG debugger to IPU1?

Hope you understand my question.

Marcus,

Yes, you can connect JTAG debugger to IPU1 and load the symbols from .xem4 to debug your IPU application. Make sure to disable auto suspend from Linux if it applies: processors.wiki.ti.com/.../IPC_3.x_FAQ
